You can manage different notifications in Subify sent to you and your customers about a subscription order.

These notifications can be managed from the Subify app > Settings > Notification.

Customer Notifications

When the customer notification is enabled in Subify Settings, your customers will get an email from Subify when they subscribe to a product on your store. Through this email, subscribers have access to the Subify Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage subscriptions" button:
