Subscription activation emails

You can manage different notifications in Subify sent to you and your customers about a subscription order.

These notifications can be managed from the Subify app > Settings > Notification.

Customer Notifications :

When the Customer activated subscription notification is enabled in Subify Settings, your customers will get an email from Subify when they subscribe to a product on your store. Through this email, subscribers have access to the Subify Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage subscriptions" button:

Merchant Notifications:

When the Subscription activated notification is enabled in Subify Settings, you will be notified by email about every new subscriber on your store:


Failed Payment Notifications

Subify automatically sends an email to both the shop owner and the customer when a payment fails after a certain number of tries. You can enable this email for both you and your customer. Here is the structure of the email:
