You can simply export your list of subscribers in a CSV file to the dashboard. Then, you’ll be able to open them in a spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel.
Follow these steps to export your subscriber list:
From your Shopify admin, click on Apps and select Restockify
Select Reports from the menu.
Click on Export in the Requests section
5. An email with a link to download the file will be sent to you in a few minutes.
6. Click on the link in the email and your report will be downloaded to your computer
📥The CSV file has 8 columns which are explained below:
Product URL | The address of the product that the subscriber has requested. (e.g. https://restockify-demo.myshopify.com/products/24-x-1st-xmas-postal-stamps?variant=40659189891262) |
The email address of the subscriber (e.g. gavin@yarnworx.com) | |
Time | The date that the subscriber has requested (e.g. 2021-04-13) |
Status | Status of the request. |
Product Title | Name of the product that the subscriber has requested. (e.g. Tennis is my love - Vinyl Sticker) |
Variant Title | Name of the variant that the subscriber has requested to be notified of. |
Product Status | Status of the product on your Shopify admin panel like Active, Draft. |
Product Type | The product type of the requested item specified on your Shopify panel like Suits, Dresses, etc. |
Vendor | Vendor of the requested item |
SKU | SKU of the requested variant if it has one. |
Now that you’ve downloaded the file, you can open it in a spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel.
