Each email sent to customers has an unsubscribe link that customers can use to stop receiving emails from the shop. In SMS notifications, the same functionality applies with the exception that for unsubscribing, one should reply back with the number 1.

The feature may be useful when, for example, someone has entered another person's phone number or email address for testing, and it is obviously disturbing for that person.

When the users clicks on the link they’ll see the following message:

After that, they’ll no longer receive back-in-stock emails from the shop .

Note: if someone had unsubscribe to a channel their future sent notifications will have the Failed status.
